Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Payment Security Policy

Last Updated: October 02, 2024

At Mr SMM, the safety, legitimacy, and transparency of all financial transactions are our highest priority. To protect our users and comply with international regulations, we enforce strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules across all payment methods, including Heleket, Cryptomus, Binance, Stripe, and UPI.

This page explains how AML is applied on our platform and what responsibilities users must follow.

1. Compliance With Global AML Regulations

Mr SMM strictly follows AML laws and regulatory guidelines issued by:

  • United States (US AML Regulations, FinCEN guidelines)
  • European Union (EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives — AMLD)
  • India (Prevention of Money Laundering Act — PMLA & FIU-IND requirements)

We ensure our systems, monitoring tools, and payment policies remain aligned with these governments' rules to prevent illegal or high-risk financial activity.
Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension, deposit freezing, reporting obligations, or permanent platform bans.

2. Purpose of Our AML Policy

Our AML policy is designed to:

  • Prevent the use of our services for money laundering, fraud, scams, illegal gambling, and suspicious payments
  • Ensure all funds are from verified, lawful, and genuine sources
  • Protect users and our platform from legal or financial risks
  • Maintain a secure and transparent financial ecosystem

3. Payment Methods Covered Under AML Monitoring

We apply AML checks on all payment channels:

• Heleket

Funds must originate from verified and legitimate accounts. Suspicious or unusual transactions may trigger a manual review.

• Cryptomus

Crypto deposits cannot originate from blacklisted addresses, tumblers/mixers, gambling platforms, or high-risk wallets detected through blockchain analysis.

• Binance (Crypto Payments)

Payments must come from verified Binance wallets with clear, legal fund sources. High-risk deposit behaviour will be flagged.

• Stripe (Card Payments)

Stripe’s banking-level fraud, KYC, and AML systems apply automatically. Any unauthorised or inconsistent card activity is flagged and rejected.

• UPI (India)

Payments must come from identifiable bank-linked UPI accounts. Transactions tied to gaming/gambling apps, suspicious routing, or unverified sources are not allowed.

4. Prohibited Funding Sources

The following are strictly prohibited under our AML compliance:

  • Funds originating from gambling, betting, casinos, or gaming wallets
  • Money laundering or hidden-source transactions
  • Scam payments, phishing-related funds, or unauthorised transfers
  • Direct payouts or third-party deposits made directly into our accounts
  • Payments intended to bypass financial tracking or compliance
  • Crypto or fiat funds associated with illegal marketplaces or “unexplained” sources

If detected, we reserve full rights to freeze deposits, suspend accounts, request documentation, or report activity when required by law.

5. Mandatory Payment Flow (IMPORTANT)

To maintain compliance with US, EU, and Indian AML regulations:

Users must first receive funds into their own personal wallet/bank account and then send payment to us.

Direct third-party transfers sent straight to our payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

This ensures:

  • Verified ownership of funds
  • Traceable payment history
  • Protection from fraudulent routing
  • Full AML & government compliance

Payments violating these rules may be automatically held or rejected.

6. How We Monitor AML Compliance

We perform continuous automated and manual monitoring across all payment methods:

  • Transaction pattern analysis and risk scoring
  • Verification of payment sources
  • Blockchain risk detection for crypto deposits
  • Cross-checking with international AML databases
  • Verification requests for suspicious cases
  • Bank-level fraud checks via Stripe & UPI

If a transaction appears risky or violates AML rules, we may:

  • Hold or freeze the deposit
  • Ask for proof of the source of funds
  • Suspend or permanently ban the account

7. User Responsibilities

By using Mr SMM, users agree to:

  • Send payments only from lawful, verified, and personally owned accounts
  • Avoid any form of illegal, unverified, or third-party funding
  • Provide verification documents when required
  • Follow the US, EU, and Indian AML rules applied on our platform
  • Cooperate during AML checks or investigations

Non-compliance may result in immediate account action without prior notice.
